NOTE ABOUT PARASOUL:
YES SHE IS A CHARGE CHARACTER BUT DO NOT FRET TOO MUCH. Her charge time is only around half the time of regular characters (about 35 frames or slighty more than half a second). Once you get used to it you'll be flicking out her special moves soon enough. You don't gotta wait all day like Guile.
