I've been looking in a few places, and i can NOT find any kind of frame data for all of the characters. Does anyone know where i can get the frame data? I would greatly appreciate it. Also i do want it for all characters
I play a bunch of games, so if you want to know who i play in what game, just ask.

Frame Data is still being worked on by a few sites. The Shoryuken wiki has some info up, and the DreamCancel wiki for XIII has several wikis for characters up, and more coming. It might be a while to a wiki/site to have data on all characters, but hopefully sooner than later.

Actually, SOME GUYS HAVE BEEN UPLOADING FRAME DATA ONTO THE SRK WIKI. BENIMARU, NORMAL KYO, CLAW IORI, AND SHEN WOO ARE CONFIRMED WITH FRAME DATA LISTED.
    KOF13 characters I play: Kim/Andy/Iori/Ex Iori/Joe/Shen/Ex Kyo/Hwa/Kyo/K/Ralf/Mature and the list goes on.

Here is some I was able to gather from the various sites. Do note it isn't complete by any means.

It's kind of important to point out that, the guy who is doing most of the framedata has a different 'standard' in terms of measuring startup.

    http://keykakko.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/%E3%83%95%E3%83%AC%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0%E8%AA%BF%E6%9F%BB%E7%B5%90%E6%9E%9C%E4%B8%80%E8%A6%A7/

Compare Dreamcancel's Benimaru data with SRK' Benimaru data and it becomes obvious. The Japanese guy includes the first active frame with the move startup, while the SRK framedata doesn't.

So a 2-frame startup move (Like Iori's cl.C) is 3 frames according to this guy. This is the same method used as in SF4, but different than the one normally used for KOF games.
