I've been looking in a few places, and i can NOT find any kind of frame data for all of the characters. Does anyone know where i can get the frame data? I would greatly appreciate it. Also i do want it for all characters
I play a bunch of games, so if you want to know who i play in what game, just ask.

http://keykakko.wordpress.com/2011/12/19/%E3%83%95%E3%83%AC%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0%E8%AA%BF%E6%9F%BB%E7%B5%90%E6%9E%9C%E4%B8%80%E8%A6%A7/
Compare Dreamcancel's Benimaru data with SRK' Benimaru data and it becomes obvious. The Japanese guy includes the first active frame with the move startup, while the SRK framedata doesn't.
So a 2-frame startup move (Like Iori's cl.C) is 3 frames according to this guy. This is the same method used as in SF4, but different than the one normally used for KOF games.
