I'm surprised there isn't one mentioned here, although I've read around and a bunch of people aren't making it. :( I want to know who actually is getting there? I'm heading there this year (mainly for marvel but Skullgirls will definitely be something I'll be on) but I wanna know who else plans to go and play?

im going and ill be hanging around the skullgirls setups a fair bit, but will likely also have a dabble with marvel and possibly SF4 as well.

I'm gonna be there, and I'm helping run the Skullgirls side tourney. Make sure you all go and sign up, it's only $5!

If you go to the skullgirls booth and see a really dorky looking guy... that's mike Z, I'll be the other guy ;)

It's highly unlikely that I'll go but if I do it will only be Sunday. I work Friday saturday sunday night, so even if I leave LA after work Saturday I'd have to leave Vegas sunday by 4pm. I'll be watching the stream and will be keeping an eye out for any... further details about the game to be announced at EVO. Wishful thinking or obvious speculation.

I'm getting there around 4, but knowing me I'll be preoccupied. :/ There is someone in my group I'm staying with that has a skullgirls setup, but it's on 360 and it will probably be Marvel night. :X

Il be there to support skullgirls, but i most likely wont be playing. Real life got in the way of Skullgirls this year, I don't even know a single combo. >_>

Hopefully il have more time to play and get good enough to compete before EVO 2013.

Imma try my hardest to make myself noticeable to other Skullgirls players out there when I make it to Vegas today for Evo. I'll be the bigass Hawaiian guy, most likely wearing my Evo Jersey. I don't exactly remember what I had put onto the jersey, but i'm sure it was my name (Ryan Lau) and I think the number was 91 or 92. I just remember it being relevant to Super Turbo lol.

This is my first EVO, and I'm kinda confused about casuals and all that. I guess that stuff goes on at/around the tournament and not just in someone's room? The only tournaments I've ever played in were small ones at a local arcade. I'd like to play some today but I'm ki.da flustered at all this stuff and feeling creepy about recognizing folks like SkiSonic and Valle when I've never actually met them. :-p

They happen all the time in people's rooms. In fact, there are streams and stuff, and even Daigo streamed some stuff from a hotel room last year, I think.

this place makes the most sense to post it in out of any other thread i guess but GGs to anyone who i played against at evo this year! it was good to put some faces to (pretend) names and also get some good quality games in with them. hopefully see you again next year + some new faces!

GGs to everyone I played, and it was cool to meet everyone I did. 3rd place finish was pretty exciting, I didn't expect to make it that far! Highlight of the tournament for me was definitely knocking Chris G to losers, it was such a scary fight! Can't wait for my Valentine stick to get here ^_^
