If I get this new job over here in China, I MIGHT,big MIGHT fly back to my home state for this. It was so much fun last year, but the flight alone is going to cost me $2k so I have to get this new job in order to afford that, but if I get. I will more than likely take this 22 hour plane ride for the hypest event on the East Coast, just to give people my money, cause I'm not winning, but.....i'll see if I can get 小孩 (xiao hai) to come too or one of the many many pro TTT2 people in Wuhan, i think China vs ATL would be toooo hype, but it would be hard for them. Cause 1 RMB is 6.2 USD and well they spend 1 RMB like we spend 1 dollar....and just as a insight as to how much the pay is here for most of the players, KFC pays 7RMB a hour......thats $1 a hour of work......
So here's to hoping I get this new Based job that pays alot of money lol

Would it be possible to run Marvel on 360, by any chance? I know you probably don't want to add another logistical hurdle when you already know that you have enough PS3s, but it seems most of the GA/AL/FL guys I play with use and prefer 360 anyway and would be willing to donate equipment.
I expected pools to be 2 out of 3 at the very least because it's a herculean effort to keep FR running on time as it is, but also going back to PS3 when 3/5 on 360 has been the standard at most other places for a while is kind of a drag.

Utah crew will be up here for third year straight. Always a lovely time. Is this the same ballroom as 2011 or did you get a bigger one? After least year, you guys are gonna need a lot of space. This is one of the best tourneys to go to folks. . .can't wait to see who comes from Japan for Tekken, Marvel, and SF4. See ya soon.

Would it be possible to configure the PS3s to be headset-ready before pools begin? Most of the headsets I'm familiar with use the optical audio jack, and this is disabled by default on PS3. In order to turn it on, you have to completely exit the game you're playing, go into audio settings, turn on "audio multi-out" (or something like that), and then start the game back up. It takes a fair bit of time to do unless you get it out of the way when you first power on the system, and I always feel like an asshole when I have to stop a tournament in its tracks to do this. So I wanted to bring up the possibility of getting this out of the way right when everything starts up for the day.

Hey ShinBlanka! I had a question regarding Final Round XVI. I'm currently working on my own 2-D Fighting Game called X-Prophecy and I wanted to debut a demo of it there. I was wondering how much it would cost to rent equipment or have my own table if necessary, or even if I am allowed to do so. Please get back to me if you can.

A couple of questions...
Excluding the EVO possibility, I'm speculating one of the reasons you have SFxT as one of the main games is because it's apart of IPL. Whether this is the case or not, any chance IPL is or will be in some form involved with Final Round 16?
Being that he's currently not in the top 3 in FRB points, what are the chances or are there any plans to have the FR15 Marvel Champion there? It seems most would say the most memorable thing about FR15 was what happened in Marvel. I heard from their own mouths there are a number of Japanese players with the intent of going to FR16 and with no other tournament managing to snag the FR15 UMVC3 champ, maybe the (USA) tournament he first made a splash will be the first (USA) tournament he will be returning to. What's the possibility?

First major tournament, this should be good. Quick question though: will there be anyone on hand to mod PS3 controllers to only work with USB cables attached, or something of that nature?
Edit: Looked up how to remove the battery, so it will only worked when connected. Is that sufficient for the tournament?
