Skullgirls at The Runback starting this Thursday

Skullgirls was removed from WNF after Evo, however it is returning this Thursday to The Runback, and will hopefully be a continued weekly presence! If you are in SoCal, you need to come out to The Runback at Super Arcade this Thursday and support Skullgirls!

as much as i would love to go. i dread driving through the 10 to get to the 60 and arrive in walnut in time. i get out of work at 6 over near santa monica. no way i could commute that shit. i wish there was someting closer.

From where i work it starts off as the 10 over near the PCH beach area on the westside. Heading east on the ten makes the 10 turns into the 60 after downtown LA pretty much, its at this point that the 10 goes off in its own way leading northeast toward san bernardino and the 60 goes toward pomona. I used to take that same commute everyday during college/ work for 7+ years to get home before i moved closer to work, and i hated the drive. It always took an hour or more just to get home through traffic. the 60 itself gets a bit lighter after the montebello/ san gabriel area but chokes up again around city of industry area.

no i am not at the avenue (wish i could) at the begining after they did sound tests i heard the commentators say that they are streaming marvel, they will try to stream top 8 of kof, and skullgirls is there, but not being streamed (to the best of my memory)

So good to see everyone though! I got blown up so much, so hopefully I can not 0-2 next time. Good to see Milk Cow and Grinta keeping Filia broken, and that dude Thoth with some new trickery.

Wow, shout outed from jmz, thanks! Yeah, this is going down tonight, but I guess I should have stated that it's not getting streamed. The only way we're getting this streamed is if we get larger, hyper crowds. And last week was a start! We had a slightly larger tournament than usual, and I think we were all really excited, and happy to be there. Let's hope to get some more!

Also, when the DLC character comes out, that'll probably get us some stream time too. But come on out! We can't get this scene to grow if we aren't a part of it!

I have a better idea. Why don't we just ship Super Arcade up to Vancouver. I can almost guarantee I would be at every Runback in the event that happened.

Conversely, I know the EVO build of SG had the means to save all replays (Largely in part to the presence of Reverge in person en masse, no doubt), and that on the East Coast side of things, Chibi has from time to time got his grubby little hands on post-patch builds (Largely in part to...factors). Do we have any options when it comes to a SuperArcade kit/build that allows you to then upload/publish some hype replays so those of us in Canada have at least /something/ to fap to?

Well, the build we play at Super Arcade doesn't have those replays. Also, I have found out the possibility of a stream is not 0%. It's... low, but it's not 0%. Keep the stream on in the background, because I have heard we are going to try to push for some stream time tonight.

Yeah and there really isn't anything wrong with the game testers entering tournaments, it just means that the community will level up that much faster.

let them refine the patch. They are not loaded and paying Microsoft multiple fees to patch the game is something they want to avoid.

Better to get a good quality patch out instead if rushing it out. Be patient.
