This Saturday (Sept 29th) starts training camp for the Heat and Clippers, who will be playing pre-season games overseas.

Various teams selling pre-sale tickets this week for 2012-2013 regular season games.

NBA 2K13 drops on Oct 2nd.

Pre-season starts October 5.

Regular season begins October 30.

The Heat will destroy everyone until June 2013.

Right now, I count 2 teams out of the East that are title contenders in Boston and Miami (who is the clear favorite to make it out), and 3 teams from the West that are title contenders in San Antonio, OKC, and the Lakers. There are other teams that I think can give these teams a run for their money, but they are missing an extra ingredient that pushes them down a tier (superstar player, big man in the paint that can defensively control the area, or a bad/mediocre coach).
