*Please be aware that this is currently unfinished. I'm running out of patience in regards to storing all my findings on separate notepads and word documents so I've decided to create the thread and add information progressively. Once I'm done (hopefully) we can have this stickied and everyone will have one organised resource in regards to everything Ms.Han.*
So... Basically, due to the facts that a) Juri's vast changes for AE v.2012 make a lot of the current match-up information out of date and b) People needed to search multiple threads, sticky or otherwise, for information that could be vital or at least of some use for specific matches. I decided to create a new one with an eye on being easier to read, less wall-of-text and more short and sweet in style, yet more informative with a legend containing what is basically a quick FAQ in regards to character specifics with Juri's matches, a small encylopedia with the majority of available 'fuzzy guard' setups against all characters vulnerable to them, a list of safe jump setups, unblockables, fake crossups etc. I'm hoping to add max damage punishes (0 and 2 bars only) for typically used moves by each character in the matchup section too.
If I've made any mistakes with listing anything, you feel there's more to add, or you stumble across new information, feel free to tell me about it and I will update ASAP.

C.Strong(MP) is Juri's best and only particularly useful meaty normal and the setup is the same for every knockdown (Quick Rise or not) bar 1*.
Knockdown: Forward Dash, Walk forward (As soon as her front foot hits the ground), C.Strong(MP).
This works from Back Throw, Sweep, Roundhouse Senpusha (QR), Fuhajin Store (QR), EX Fuhajin (QR).

If Legend Q2 = Yes:
No meter: C.Fierce(HP), RH(HK) Senpusha - 240/355
No meter + Fuhajin: S.Strong(MP), Release, C.Forward(MK), RH(HK) Senpusha - 266/340
2 meters: C.Fierce(HP), RH(HK) Senpusha, FADC, S.Jab(LP), C.Fierce(HP), RH(HK) Senpusha - 358/558
2 meters + Fuhajin: C.Fierce(HP), RH(HK) Senpusha, FADC, S.Strong(MP), Release, C.Forward(MK), RH(HK) Senpusha - 377/539
If Legend Q2 = No:
Note* Ideal punishes (When the mid screen B'n'B doesn't work) are not as damaging as the combos that don't use a Fuhajin.
No meter + Fuhajin: S.Strong(MP), Release, Short(LK) Senpusha - 200/214 (40 less damage, 141 less stun)
2 meters + Fuhajin: C.Fierce(HP), RH(HK) Senpusha, FADC, S.Strong(MP), Release, Short(LK) Senpusha - 331/448 (27 less damage, 110 less stun)
So... barring character specific punishes, you're better off holding your Fuhajin through the punishes that don't use one or letting go of the button during the punish (So the Fuhajin doesn't come out).
All character specific punishes that differ from these will be listed in that characters match-up section.
Match-Up/Character Specifics Legend:
1. Does S.Jab(LP) work on this character when crouching?
2. Does Juri's B'n'B work on this character mid screen?

3. Do Juri's instant overheads (fuzzy guard) work on this character?
**
4. Can Juri dash under this character's fireballs?
5. Are there Unblockables and/or Fake Crossups on this character?

* CS.Strong(MP)/C.Forward(MK), Low Release, C.Forward(MK), Roundhouse(HK) Senpusha.

Offensive Tips:
. Not much to be seen here. Zoning needs to be strong and Juri wants Cammy in the corner as much as possible to abuse setups.
Defensive Tips:
. Air to Air with FJ.Strong(MP) at every opportunity (Replacing every anti air). Even Trading is a better outcome than a full combo as dive kick > anti air.
. During Cammy's pressure, JB.Strong(MP) + Shikusen (Buffer) is a great option to use outside of her throw range/on projected dive kicks.
. Cammy's 2 most used Hooligan setups come from Forward Throw or RH(HK) Cannon Spike: C.Short(LK), Backdash or EX Senpusha will get you out.
. Focus baiting at max range of Cammy's Spiral Arrow isn't a bad idea. Free crumple if you manage to tag a Spiral Arrow, Backdash if she uses Ultra (Air reset).
. If you don't Quick Rise, the majority of Cammy's oki hits the front. There are some cross up Cannon Strike setups, however you should make the Cammy player prove they can do them before blocking accordingly.
. EX Kasatushi is Juri's best wake up option against Cammy. Don't get too predictable in fear of empty jumps into grabs.
. Take extreme caution with your OS crouch tech when Cammy has meter.
. Close S.Fierce(HP) and C.Strong(MP) are +3 while C.Fierce(HP) is +2 on block. It's in your best interest not to press a button.
. Spin Knuckle is +3 and +4 on block. Punish it before you're in stun or don't press a button.

Offensive Tips:
. Low Fuhajin galore to stop/slow Chun's ground advance/s.
. Kasatushi (Backward mostly, mix in forward at times) virtually all of Chun's Kikokens to keep space and frustrate.
. Max range Kara Focus and C.Forward are strong footsie tools against Chun.
Defensive Tips:
. Avoid absorbing Chun's Kikoken's with Fuhajin Store - She can punish for free.
. The most likely time you'll see Hazanshu is after CS.RH(HK)
. Chun is +1 after a level 1 Focus. Don't press a button.
. Lightning Legs are -1 at worst and +2 at best on block. Don't press a button.
. All Hazanshu are -1 or 0 on block. Don't press anything if you blocked instead of Focus/punish.
Effective Option Selects:
. Safe Jump + OS Sweep - Only if Chun has no meter. She has an excellent backdash and is likely to use it if she can't EX SBK.

Offensive Tips:
. C.Forward(MK) on Rufus' wake up - Forces EX Messiah to whiff, or hit twice and then whiff. Punish w/ C.Forward(MK), RH(HK) Senpusha.
. FADC and punish w/ C.Forward(MK), RH(HK) Senpusha against projected C.Fierce(HP) attempts to stuff your store. You can Shikusen his C.Fierce(HP) too.
Defensive Tips:
. Crouch Tech OS w/ +C.Strong(MP) and +C.Fierce(HP) - Stuffs various dive kick attempts.
. During Rufus' pressure, JB.Strong(MP) + Shikusen (Buffer) is a great option to use outside of his throw range/on projected dive kicks.
. Air to Air with FJ.Strong(MP) at every opportunity (Replacing every anti air). Even Trading is a better outcome than a full combo as dive kick > anti air.
. Store only at full screen or if you've already got another Fuhajin on screen. Rufus can punish with C.Fierce(HP).
. Rufus' Glory Kick :df::mk: is 0 on block. If it's blocked deep, you can press CS.Short(LK), CS.Strong(MP) or stand tech. Otherwise don't press a button.
. Rufus' Far RH(HK) is +2 on block. Don't press anything.
. All Non EX Tornado's are -1 on block. Either EX Senpusha before you end up in block stun or don't press anything. EX Tornado is -2, you can press a 5 or 6f button.

However, the max punish section takes up more then half of the box and is not really that easy to read for someone looking for a down and dirty overview, and especially for someone who is already very familiar with Juri combos. As well I'm already seeing a ton of repeated combos even just in the rufus section. Guerenteed this will only increase as more characters get filled out. Repeat combos equals unnecessary clutter, and frankly more work.
In particular I'm thinking of the c.hp punisher, and the bnb fuj combo.
I think it would cut the typing required for this project in half if combos were moved to their own space like the fuzzies. Then simply referred to the combos based on their first hit. In almost all cases the combo is completely determined by the first hit and resources available. ofc in situations where the combo is character specific (such as weird hitboxes) then the full combo needs to be written out.
ex)
Ultra 1 (Block) -
No meter + Fuhajin: Walk forward, S.Strong(MP)
ELSE: C.Fierce(HP)
then the full combos would be listed in the combo section along with damage/stun etc.
Once again, love the thread, and would love to see this completed. I'm fairly mediocre at this game, but I am more then willing to help out in any way I can.

Focus backdash: First hit is absorbed, second hit will knock rose out of the air. (Note: If they dash too slowly, the invincibility will cover the second hit. If they do it fast enough, the invincibility ends before the second hit becomes active)
EX Soul Throw: Although Juri is airborne, this move will whiff and go straight over her, or get hit by the second hit.
EX Soul Spiral: If properly timed, the second hit will knock Rose out of it. If you do CL.MK too early, the second hit will fire during Soul Spirals invincibility
Ultra 2: Meaty moves beat U2.
Throw: You're airborne!
Super and Ultra 1 both beat it, but that should be pretty obvious.
Only thing to note is that if she crouch blocks, the second hit will whiff, leaving you vulnerable for a moment. Thankfully, this is the only scenario you need to react to, so you can cancel it into fuhajin store.

By the way Sakura corner setups post ex tatsu.. Will cause ex counter to behave in a similar manner (if u hold away from the corner it will wrongly auto correct to the corner).

Set up after sweep: Jump immediately whiff a normal (I use Jump medium/heavy), [cr.lp or cr.lk], [cr. lp or cr. lk + sweep], [far standing lk. xx lk/mk/ex pinwheel].
Set up after back throw: Jump immediately whiff a normal (I use Jump medium/heavy), [cr.lp or cr.lk], [cr. lp or cr. lk + sweep], [far standing lk. xx lk/mk/ex pinwheel].
To see if you time the meaty, cr.lp or cr.lk correctly, set the dummy to jump. If you hit him in pre-jump frames, and hes grounded, then you're timing is correct, honestly it is pretty generous as it works on Adon and Cammy as well.
