speed of stun recovery

Whats the speed of stun recovery ?
Is it the same as in the training room.
I am thinking maybe training room is just speeding up the stun recovery just like it speeds up the health regeneration.

Can anyone confirm ?

nvm. I confirm that stun recovery is the same as the one in training mode.
