Quick question:

If I retrieve an old XBL account to re-download 3SOE on my new console can I play the game on/offline under my new GT? Or would I need to sign in as my old profile each time to play it?

Usually when you have xbox arcade games they tie to your machine and username. When you download the game it will tie to that machine, and anyone on that machine can run it no problem. If you download it on another machine other than the original one - the username who bought it will need to be actively signed in I believe.

It's easy to test though, try it. I do not think it will work.
