if thats true then sf4U online PC will suck mostly. I haven't tried it yet but is it worth it for PC players?

I haven't had any problems like this on PC. Most of my matches are a lot less laggy on PC than any other platform because most PC users tend to have better connections [mainly because they are hard wired.] On top of that, the "horror stories" about hacking and whatnot are usually very one-off instances. If you have a PC and you like USFIV, I don't see why you wouldn't want to pick up a copy [other than the fact that SFV drops in less than a month].

I don't have trouble finding players on PC, even early in the morning. This will vary depending on your location, obviously.

No worries. That's a very old video.

Back then, yeah the netcode had alot of problems due to Capcom moving USF4 from Games From Windows Live (Since Microsoft was going to shut it down) to the Steamworks system. So it wasn't surprising or anything.

Again that was a long time ago, and now it's in a much better state.
