We're at it once again! Yet another Street Fighter V event is underway by the scrub squad, Neo Paradise! If you've came last time, totally come through again and even try to spread the word! Fees are as follows:
$5 for the Venue Fee
$5 for the tournament fee. (Please split the 10 if you could, would be much appreciated)
: Driver gets $1 off the venue fee for every person they bring.*
If your bringing a monitor and PS4, you only have to pay $2 for venue. Monitor must have 2ms response times, as that is on par with the store's monitors. *
*These discounts don't overlap, it's one or the other.
The rules will be as follows(PLEASE READ):
-We will follow the "first to 2" rules, the winners final, losers final, and grand finals will be a "first to 3".
-Double elimination, if you lose you get sent to the losers bracket and if you lose THERE, you are out.
-Beach stage is banned.
-BYOC(Bring Your Own Controller), we have a few PS4 controllers, don't currently have any rental arcade sticks.
-Whoever brings a setup for the tournament MUST have all the characters unlocked AT LEAST, costumes and stages aren't necessary.
-Don't disappear without notifying us, if you are late for your match for over 10 minutes it counts as a loss.
-DISCONNECT A WIRELESS DEVICE WHEN YOU ARE DONE, I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH.
-Keep a cool attitude and keep the fighting in the games! Aka, no throwing hands in real life please.
-Signups are at 6pm, casuals will be allowed from then to 7pm. Once 7pm hits we will begin the tournament proper, so make sure again that your around for that and sign up & pay up before then. We'll probably be there a bit before 6 if you wanna show up early.
The venue fee will go straight to the store, whereas the tournament fee will go into a pot for the 1st-3rd place winners. We will split the pot as follows:
