Tiers for S***** fighting games

So I was sitting around playing MK 1 on my SNES last night. I have no idea why, I knew it was terrible but I was having fun with it anyway.

Just for shits and giggles, has anyone taken the time to establish the tiers for awful games like this? I'm talking like Rise and the Robots and Shaq Fu here.

OMG rise of the bots was the worst fighting game i ever played.....

MK1 for the snes was badass....im thinking raiden was the best character...

the chainsaw guy in timekillers seems broken... he has sagat's c.hp, but with a fully extended chainsaw... blocking doesn't seem to stop you from losing health in that game... and you can't parry... or get away....

Any Kensei: Sacred Fist players on this planet?

I think Saya was pretty fierce. Her punch, punch, sweep combo flipped you out like Lei WuLong's db+LK, minus the punishability. Her sweep was faster, too. That's saying a lot in a pretty slow game.

The game is still fun, though.

Yeah, saya was the best mostly becuase of damage she could get off of juggles and some of the stuff she can do after side steps. It's been a while since i've really played the game but i remember it being fun at the time. It'd be dope if they made a new one.

Time killers: The grim Reaper is God Tier!

His moves all have high priority, attacks do plenty of damage, health regenerates, and the only way to beat him is to survive long enough till the time runs out with more health than he has.

The Reaper makes 3rd strike gill, look like a total pansy!

The normal one was. but the shadow one (which was another normal move) sent them into a juggle state.

And that game was top tier because Chun could throw her bracelets.

No matter how I see it, Shadow is top tier. Seriously. Select his second power as his air special and you could basically dash around wherever and potentially instagib someone easily.

EDIT: I put "air" as "are." I must be really tired.

Actually the full tiers are:

Top: Cream/Shadow/Amy

Mid: Sonic/Rouge/Tails

Low: Knuckles/E-102/Chaos

Cream's Air Power-Ground Projectile is most definately the most broken character in the game. Air Power can be spammed while moving and can still hit even when the animation has fiished making it frustrating to advance. Gorund Projectile is nearly impossible to counter due to hitting both in the air and ground at the same time.

Shadow can Dashcancel his Power Move into different direction which is very annoying, also his infinite air dash mobility.

Amy has excellent specials but most of all her easy-as-pie infinite B-B-B *pause* B-B-B *pause* xN

Sonic Battle

Sonic's air shot = infinite OHKO opportunities. Only the projectile drains his meter. Using it low enough so that he doesn't fire keeps his meter. As such, you can pick people off by turning into a ball just before you land.

Tails's jumping attack was retarded.

Sub and Scorp can get a free containment after a throw cause the opponent can't block, but they are still the bottom 2 in the game.

Any tiers for War Gods? Can a game's entire cast be bottom tier?

The one guy who throws the big ass rolling boulders in War Gods was ridiculous if I remember correctly, you barely had any way of getting past those damn things

If anything Jo is the one thats broken. If not the entire game. That game was terrible minus a few things to do with combos which were fun. Sasuke was also pretty broken if you could use him.

And on the topic of Mortal Kombat; Noob Saibot is extremely broken. aka; dark surrounding cloud attack thingy. xD
