Without a sensor or actuator on the pad, I don't understand what kind of lag they're measuring.
Edit: I guess it's measuring time between updates.

A Reliable, lag free adapter that isn't going to fall apart on me after 2 weeks of use?
I call shenanigans.
Also for part of one of there videos, the demo of a Xbox 360 controller for the PS3, why is the game play screen is a Xbox 360 game playing if this supposed to be a PS3 console....
Are they forcing a PS3 controller though their Cronus adapter before going to the PS3 console? If so that is redundant and unscientific.

i am also looking for an adaptater to use a PS3 pad on my Xbox360, at first I found the XCM cross fire:
But some of you said it was laggy.
So the best adaptater would be the Universal controller Adapter Converter Mayflash?
It sounds too good to really be the truth, because this one is supposed to be laggless and working for both Xbox360 and PS3, and working with ps3 and ps2 pad on Xbox...
And this, for only 15 dollars????
I can't believe the Mayflash does better than the XCM being sold at 70 dollars!!!
Can you tell me accurately if the Mayflash has absolutely no lag at all? even slightly?

OK thanks Mit, but does positives feedback mean it is completely laggless? not even slightly?
I would like it to be asbolutely clear without a doubt, with more details.
If i Buy it from this seller on ebay:
Any risk to get a forged product (imitation), since it comes from China?
I alwready got false official PS3 pad from Hong Kong that really looked like true official ones, so I'm a litle supicious.

I never thought of that, it seems more important indeed, and I hope this converter does not have such bad issues...

What are my options if I want to use a USB keyboard for a PS3? Apparently, the XCM XFPS is really shitty but I haven't heard much else in terms of converters. How is the Eagle Eye or the Max Shooter Pro from Mayflash?

You may have issues finding answers to questions like that here since most play with stick or pad I recommend checking out a FPS website there should be loads of info on such items there and though there game play is totally diffrent they still want common core things= limited lag and no dropped inputs.

I finally received my Universal controller Adapter Converter Mayflash,
but i can't get it to work at all on my Xbox360.
I have got a wireless Xbox pad, and a PS3 Dual Shock 3, i also have the Xbox360 slim (black version)
The Xbox pad is also the black model.
Does this adapter work on slim Xbox 360?
I of course want to play with my PS3 pad on Xbox360, but the mayflash adapter does not even lighten up, and there are no intrsuctions at all within the package.
What should I do? Is there something I am doing wrong?
I just tried the adapter on my PS3 with a Xbox360 pad, and it worked really well.
But I can't still make it work on Xbox...
Maybe my Wireless Xbox pad is too recent? It is the black version, and I might need an old white version?
I really hope the mayflash adapter also work on the Xhox360 slim model (in black), otherwise I would have bought it for nothing...

hi everyone, can someone please help me with this, I'm sorry if its has been answered before as I don't have time to read everything. I'm looking for a converter that can converter my PS3 stick so I can use it on xbox360. I know there's something called "controller converter pro" from Blaze but I can't find it anywhere!

I got the CronusX converter for review. Should be similar to the regular Cronus unit but without an update firmware as of yet. For sure so far doesn't work on old style Hori PS3 stick pcb and the Qanba Q2 Standard PS3 stick, the PS2 pad works as well with help of the inPin on a 360. I was able to pull off my Tag 2 combos just fine if I was using stick. Electrics were not much of a problem either if you excuse human error.
I will be testing more sticks such as newtype Hori PS3 boards to 360 and 360 sticks on PS3.

Can you make a ps3 controller work on pc with the cronus converter?

You need drivers/software for the PS3 pads on pc. Just look it up.

I'm aware of mottionnjoy and other drivers. I was just hoping for a plug n play solution for my anal brother's anti cord family room setup.

I just tried out a Hori Fighting Edge on 360 and seems to work fine on a PS3 with the Cronus device. I didn't feel any apparent lag nor dropped inputs. Was able to do some of the advanced parrying trials and decent combos on 3SOE just fine, combos in Tekken were working well. Also, the LED lights were working just fine and had the color flashes when hit and the touch panel was working as intended.

Set up a proper lag test like people such as Toodles have done in the past. You cannot rely on your eyes alone when testing such a thing.
