CVS2 sagat sounds awesome. He sounds like death. Kinda like the GGX announcer.
CVS2 had probably the best sound design of any fighting game, in my opinion. The announcer was energetic and had quotable lines, the music was frantic, the menu noises were zany, the hits sounded powerful, and the voices were awesome.
