Yes you can. I believe the PS2 at the time wasn't allowed to be purchased under the employee discount. Sure he only got a couple dollars off the system but it was still against company policy I think. In fact BBY might have taken a loss on that transaction too lol.

Lol, I remember that thread. From what he was mentioning, he had bought a lot of them so he would have extra set ups for Midwest Championships. Managers thought he was getting them for friends/family or whatever and used it as reason to fire him, even after he was trying to prove that wasn't the case.

Sorry I don't remember what month it was. I do recall something about him needing additional systems for a tournament though.

He's long since moved on from that but I know he made a thread specifically for that incident and SRK had a field day with that one.
