Here are my two most recent championship uploads.
First one is against a Rufus in a pretty laggy environment, second one against a Seth player where I have to rally pretty hard. Let me know what you think.

    vs Seth :
    vs Rufus :

Very solid games, I find once you get inside Seth he can't handle the beating gg's

Problem is getting inside. Even if you manage to, he's got tons of tools to deal with you.

    Tournament match vs Chun
    Tournament match vs Ryu
    Moneymatch vs Ryu =)

Ok here's some vids from the ranbat last night. I'm kinda happy with the matches against Chun. That first and only MK CW was dedicated to the in Sweden infamous hotdawg:rofl:.

I only picked Fei vs Ryu because that guy barely plays SF4 so I thought that Fei was a safe choice which it would have been if I hadn't played terrible. The MM was for 100SEK which is about 1 meals at McDonalds:rofl:

ok fixed the link and took time to watch the bob (ryu matches) and the commentary is just too awesome.

bubblan will lose so he has to pick Honda *I punish EX hadouken with EX CW and win* OOH chicken wing he had good enough reactions they were wrong at SRK

-It's well known that scrublan only has 2 buttons on his stick
-MK CW is the first button.... and fail is the other
    - haha.. press it and you will fail

Like Fei Long said, bubblan LOOOST

And then there's the match when the commentators where yelling tiger and yoga every time sagat and sim did something =)

Good stuff bubblan. The chun li battle was tense, you played real good defense against those sneaky overhead flip kicks.

And I think I've seen MaaZa did it in one of the G1 final against a ChunLi who's on my friend list.

Justin Wong (Fei Long) vs Daigo Umehara (Ryu):

cheers, been waiting to watch that.

I love to watch Daigo fight but I would like to see him play as a different character once in a while. I personally cant stand playing as the same character, Ive mained Blanka, Bison, Balrog and now vega at different times since SF4's release. Never been patient enough to master them before I move onto the next though.

Maybe its me, but I see a bunch of unpunished jump-ins, which were perfectly spaced for HK Flamekick. Or maybe daigo was option selecting his jumping HP to srk. Lots of unconfirmed rekkas too.

IMO, I think Daigo's repertiore of pulling clutch dp's in tight situations is probably what held Wong back. It looked like he was trying to unleash but hesitated too much. Otherwise his footsie and spacing was on point. I'm trying to copy that playstyle as much as possible as well.

Edit: I'm not saying that that was specifically the reason, just speculating.

I'm telling you guys....Chicken wing is good b/c once you get in, the opponent starts to get scared. It either causes them to freeze, waste meter to FADC DP, cause them to do random DP, etc. and as a result, let's you start with your own offense and gives you opportunities to punish your opponent if they react incorrectly. Daigo didn't really know what to do. Justin just needed to do a better job of hit confirming rekkas, punishing better, and linking combos....man it just comes to show how hard Fei's links are if an execution master like Justin can't even do them or is afraid to do them b/c he knows the timing is so strict and as a result too risky. But props to Justin for picking up Fei just recently and doing so well with him.

soysauce, bubblan. during the first tourney where JWong played and got first with Fei, one of the bigger jokes revolved around dipping CWs in Soy Sauce. just accept it XD

On another note, just watched the first vid of Wong (Fei) v Umehara (Ryu), and big props to Wong on that fight.

meh poor execution ability from the cw by justin prevented him from being an actual threat

the only thing that impressed me was ability of daigo to adjust so quickly to the matchup

I really thought I saw a flubbed input for Shien on the last jump in Daigo got in the match last night. Now that I watch it again, I'm not too sure, but I was 100% positive I saw a tenshin come out instead of Shien last night. When I thought I saw it, I was fucking livid, but watching it again makes me think that maybe it didn't happen...

I give credit to Justin for, if nothing else, sticking with Fei even after Daigo had adapted. He was still able to give Daigo a fight and make him earn those rounds. If he had been able to land those post-chickenwing combos and was more comfortable with Fei's anti-air game, I think it would have been quite a bit closer. Unfortunately for Justin it came down to footsies, and Daigo is really just the superior player in that aspect. Either way, it was great stuff from both players.

Actually, the fights came down to mostly failure of Wong to combo properly (of which I can relate) and the crap ability of Ryu to combo Ultra very easily from so many easy things (EX fireball, FADC DP, anti-air low DP and traded DP).

If Ultra was taken out I'd say Wong actually had the upper hand and outplayed Daigo most of the time.

That's one of the scary thing about Daigo I guess. Similar stuff from evo with boxer?

Ryu and Sagat are up there for a reason.
Just imagine how characters like Rufus would turn out if they couldn't link to his ultra.

    Hey guys
I've played a few matches with a very Good Viper (Fasoll) so I recorded them.
While watching those vids, please don't ask where my defense was. Viper jump-ins kinda scares me so I'm doing lot of stupid stuff. Anyway, it was a good shot. I did not really know the match-up (neither did him) so it was worth it.

Man, that is a nasty viper. You held your own there though, and then some also. Good shit StarNab. I found those matches entertaining as hell.

I randomly encountered him in championship mode and he was not a real threat back there. But it seems he leveled up a LOT since. Looks like you're maining Guile. I would have thought that it would be a hard match for Guile.

Lots of high level play becomes a game of footsies. That's why Footsies are so damn important.

Not bad Starnab. Good use of low forward to evade the Flamekick mix-up altogether. Work on paying attention to where Viper jumps from to block that fj.RH though. That got in your face pretty decent on wake-up almost every time. Also, almost expect the Seismo loops...especially when she has EX. Use focus more to approach her beyond that somewhat fullscreen range (although it doesn't hit at the very edge of the screen). Another thing is, if you guess seismo up close, throw, RH CW, f+MK, nj.RH should do the trick.

Crazy how many anti-air rekkas you landed that could have gone into ultra. It is so common for Fei to hit people out of jump frames with the 1st rekka in blockstrings that I think Fei players should become adept at reacting to this with Ultra for a good 30-40%. Not sure how I feel about burning Super on this as I would, personally, rather save it to make my low forward scarier.

I saw where you got liberal as a mofo with the CW use XD Too fun

There were 2 distinct moments where I thought ? though:

    1. you had Viper in the right corner and she blocked your x-up...you landed...did s.fierce which she got hit by and went into rekkas. you hit-confirm off of cl.s.fierce? =O

    2. another x-up situation, viper tried to use ex flame to escape and you hit it from behind with a rekka. sick, but I wonder if that was your intention

You seem pretty comfortable with going into the 2nd rekka at a deep range. Care to share your thoughts on that?
