I just dremeled a new 30mm back button into a HRAP VX SA above the jab/strong buttons. The metal plate ate up an entire reinforced dremel cutting disc

What I did for my HRAP3 was cut a 24 mm hole into a piece of MDF, clamped it to the panel, and then drilled in using a normal drill bit that can cut through metal. Then I used a Dremel grinding tip to grind the hole larger using the MDF as a stencil.

I actually have a few more of these and was wondering if people would be interested enough to considering paying for them.

I like the first one but the button layout reminds me of a lady's crotch area instead of a heart (which is what I think you were going for) would prefer just a astro or vewlix layout with the text under.

The second one is okay but the shaft is too long and I don't like the font choice.

Properly edited I wouldn't mind having either. I don't want another black shirt though. My closet looks like I'm goth or something.

Knockouts are much better for new holes, but I can never seem to find 1.125 or 1.25 knockouts locally. Plannining would probably help! :) the steppers I have picked up at Home Depot, so the convenience is there. I also end up making a lot of American holes bigger in dynamo panels, steppers are better at making old holes bigger while maintaining the hole position.
Bottom line, plan ahead and have the right tool!

I can not vouch for quality at all, most of the time these are close to 100 or above, but here is a 30mm knock out

Have you guys heard of Hard-Off in Japan? A 2nd-hand store chain mostly found away from the cities, in the JP burbs/country?

I remember somebody here on a Japan trip asked where to go, in Akihabara, for retro collecting. I recommended searching for a Hard-Off store (yes, that Engrish name) for great bargains. He just gave me a weird reply like I was crazy.

If it is fairly commonly known, then nevermind.
Not even sure how relevant it is in the age of online shopping, but I wouldn't sleep on this place if you're planning to visit/live in JP.

I watched a several hour video about a guy going to Hard Off etc for retro shopping in Japan. It was amazing.

I saw one of these a while back and wished I would have bought it. It was only RF which is pretty shit even for a CRT. Just neat. Turns out that it's a TV prisoners get. The case is clear so they can't hide their shanks in it.

Did I wire my female scart connector wrong? Am I supposed to bridge anything/add any resistors between pins? I just have RGB and Sync Out wired up + their grounds to my BNC cable. But I get this image, it's yellow and has messed up sync. I may just buy the premade $35 Scart to BNC cable.

Did you get a sync cleaner? Scart RGB uses composite video for the sync instead of a clean sync line. CGA and PVM monitors can not accept composite sync.
Premade Scart to BNC connectors usually has this

Sometimes people add pots on the Red, blue and Green lines for individual adjustment

I think you mean JLW. Unless of course you really plan to stick in a set of JWL standard light allow wheels on your V4.
