Because, combat aside, For Honor's multiplayer actually follows shooter conventions and not 1 on 1 fighting game conventions. As such it's not a fighting game and doesn't really below in this sub-forum.
That's fundamentally wrong. To engage most of your attacks you need to activate the lock on function and from that point it plays very much like a 2D fighting game instead of like Tekken or Virtua fighter which offers a lot more leeway in how you wiff attacks.
Also out of the 5 modes 1v1 is frequent or enforced in 3 of them. Your decision to lock the thread was premature.
