Hi! We are in the final stages of the SRK forum migration. Soon, we will lock the forums so we can transfer over all the discussion threads. Please expect a downtime of a few days while we implement the migration. Thx for your patience.
I can also say that you should use pc part picker website when looking for a gpu, it won't recommend one that won't fit in your case, you don't have enough power to run, but it also keeps tabs on the cheapest sites. Don't be annoyed if you have to wait 10 days for a gpu restock if it means saving £200
Lenovo, and Asus are 2 brands that stand the test of time quite well. I'm using a 6 year old Asus that I bought originally as a gaming laptop but is now got faster ram and an SSD and used for uni work. Intels processors are the same for so many years just a a little faster with hyperthreading until ryzen was released
Not really building a new stick but I was bored with mayflash's black colour so I sprayed it.
