regarding scaling.even 160x64 get scaled down but not for all case... may be its by space too...
For now, i will mostly work on sf4 chars.

Looks more like he tripped and fell! Poor ELF!
A splash is kinda hard to animate, especially when it's stationary.

because you're non-prem.
the maximum dimensions for a non-prem av are 160 x 64 pixels.
