I'm no professional 3D modeling, and played only a bit of maya 2009, and some photoshop.

I always liked the good mods for pc games and wanted to see if he could

I got to see of SFIV skin but wanted to know if he could do more with the models, and try to improve the look of the viper (putting more bust), and have not yet (apparently it was another character viper at the last minute was it )

that if we owe much are the people who broke his head to find out how the game files and have created tools and useful information to make the mod, not what their names but thank you

@all modders,
piecemontee's SF4 Assets Explorer 0.33 don't work with Windows 7.

Has someone other modding-problems with Win7, too?

My other problem: repackage .dat and .dds with Infuser, then my character hasn't texture.

I'm using directX 11 and .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on Win7.

You have to download directx 9.0c for the asset explorer to work.

model editing isn't really all that *hard,* it just requires a lot of patience. If you get frustrated, though, feel free to post your progress/ideas here and maybe someone will want to pitch in some help.

based on mugen palettes colors and second color from darkstalker:

Always hated the bowl cut that Ryu is sporting in SF4, so I tweaked the model a bit and fixed his face a little while I was at it. Screenshot and download at http://jiggeh.deviantart.com/art/Ryu...-mod-142384740

nice job saw,if u think u can tweak ken a little and make him look more like in sf 3,i mean the hair needs a lil' improvement and the body more like ryu's plz do so !

I just couldn't see Ryu strolling into a stylist to have "something done with his hair". The guy has to just hack it off with a knife in the woods, right?

Download the Costume Mod Manager: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=201403 To get buttons to display, you first have to set the SF4 install directory. After that, it's very easy to set any downloaded skin in the 01 slot for original or alternate. Just click add costume if it uses a custom model, then click add color to add skin- here you tell the program what model to apply the skin to. You can also set the vfx file for custom effects.
