Just read it. Shitsux. Granted, the beatdown Woli should get from Makunoichi should be glorious once he's been battered enough to figure out all of his tricks. I'm guessing we'll see Ippo get the eye of the tiger and the win by the end of January.
I seriously can't believe this shit has been going on for 10 years now. I know there are other mangas that are even longer, but Morikawa has no excuse with all of the different boxers that have come and gone through all this time.

ippo should just knock him the fuck out, then morikawa should take a break from boring ass ippo and focus on other subcharacters like sendo, vorg, mashiba, or whoever else.

The honest problem really is that 16 pages is nothing and if you were to read this entire fight straight through nobody would really complain much, but week by week, this stuff is just frustrating. Honestly, I find every manga like that. From Gantz to this, I can't read weeklies. Not enough content.

nah. morikawa just dedicated one year for miyata's fight. sendo got his little beat down tour and a gaiden. mashiba had his comeback fight and vorg as well as sawamura have been shown again since eternity.
i think it was needed to see ippo fight again. (it's been 2 years)
*anybody checked out steve in tekken 6? he got a peek-a-boo stance now too

I have no problem seeing an Ippo fight now. I just don't want to see a guy who has been boxing for so long get his face bashed in by a jungle boy with only 3 matches under his belt. I have some faith that Morikawa will eventually have Ippo figure this twat's shit out, and then turn this match into the Karasawa fight where he schools Woli on what boxing really is.
