Here's my list from my experience playing at the beginning of the year and just recently. I don't see any of the guys that used to play at the beginning of the year these days. I also don't see them on any of previous lists as well, so I will assume they are no longer playing on ps3? That would be a shame.

Im still open on boxer because you and Caesar's Palace play almost the same. I don't run into boxers that often although I felt John Chois boxer is pretty good. Maybe if you step it up a lil bit to differentiate yourself from Caesar's palace, I will add you to the list. I wish there were more boxers to play against.

Syxx573 is probably the Cammy player as I remember it starts with an "s" and hard to remember :).

I thought Mr Karate was a fluke when I played his THawk. He played T hawk so well, I thought for a moment T Hawk was broken. When I played his Blanka... he showed very good skills. Haven't seen anyone match his Blanka skills yet. That's when I knew he wasn't a fluke. My most enjoyables games were against Mr Karate

There's not a lot of ken players at psn but you should fight against some good ken players, they don't play ken exclusively, but they have great skills:

1. Dota_WickedSick
2. Hadouken696969
3. VIIXIII

Wow, such an incomplete list...you may need to thread back to page 1 to see all the top players from back in the hey days. LOL Leonowski plays on XBL now so does Voltech. OG_Sin and John Choi plays SF4 exclusively for the most part. On rare occasions they'll switch it up by playing HDR, but they don't stay on for too long.

yeah go online around 8PM (EST) you'll run into a lot good players for PSN. Most of which pretty much post here on SRK.

well... everyone has a different list and experience/perspective right? That is my perspective and if my list means anything to you.. great.. if not... great. I only listed only one name for each character because Im listing in my opinion... the best or toughest opponents Ive " personally" faced to date using a particular character. The list or names may be dated, but the list is still valid to me. Of course there are many good players, but Im only listing in my perspective.... the best of the best ... good enough to be differentiated.

Yeah man, right on!!! I was playing HDR since it came out late last year so I remember a lot of the old school top players and the players you mentioned. I didn't mean to come off as trying to invalidate anything you said, you actually named off a lot of great players whether they currently play HDR or not.

I didn't know if you were trying to get back into HDR so I was really just throwing out an update as to where some of these guys that you've mentioned are currently and the time frame as to when some of the better comp who plays other characters that may not be on your top list is online.

No problem Ego. I also main Ken or Ryu, so my perspective is from that point of view. Others might have an easier time with the guys on my list using certain characters etc...

Ive gotten several opportunities to play Hadouken69's Ryu and he's tough and gets better with every match which becomes a fun challenge. Definitely have not yet gotten a chance to play his Ken or knew he played Ken, but he did message me out of the blue asking if I was a pro and said I was the sickest Ken player he's every seen .... so my guess is he prefers Ryu over Ken in our matchups and prefer I Ken over Ryu.

The other 2.. i dont think Ive gotten the chance to play.

Also heard about lots of competition on xbox... so I am looking to get a joystick to get in on the xbox scene as well. I don't do very well on Jap sticks. Im ol skool. I need a good ol american stick and there are non readily available on the market for the xbox console

This is a question for anybody who's played damdai, DGV and John Choi's Ken. Who's Ken do you think is the toughest? Just pick one. I have personally played DGV and Choi, but not damdai. I would say Choi's Ken is the best. If you've played all 3 or any 2, what do you think?

DGV using Ken?, i've played against DGV in the past, but he only picks Ryu, not Ken.

About your question, i haven't played against DGV using ken as i said before so that's why:

John Choi > Damdai.

But i repeat, i'm a fan of damdai, i've learned a lot just watching his vids so, i pick damdai.

also the reason y i ask if he was pro is not cause i think im the good lol but pros usaually use alot of normal moves to zone the opponents and can also change there game up i would think really good players can play there characters many ways to adapt to there opponents style
