The ST match vids + discussion thread
If anyone knows of any sites that always have ST vids up, post the link and I'll put it in the OP. If it's a site that has ST vids up some of the time but not always (like a-cho or something) then just make a post about it in the thread.
Here's the major resources that I know of:
www.combovideos.com - An abundance of Japanese ST footage.
www.putfile.com/nohoho - more Japanese ST footage.
www.youtube.com - Lots of stuff on here of course, it'd be nice if someone could make a playlist of all the ST matches on here worth seeing.

These are not top Japanese players by any means, but still some decent matches. That Dic seems like he knows what's up, and that Guile player knows exactly how to play against Honda.

The rules prohibited top tier (chun sim boxer claw osagat) character times three. I'd speculate that Gian would have used sim x3 and had Muteki's number (02_D-2ndRound.zip) otherwise. Who knows.
The light grey dictator player is Taira. Dude is #1 dic player - he's been hotter than YuuVega this year - and the youngest of the elite players in Japan. His match vs. Noguchi (07_semiFinal1.zip) was extremely hot.

Semi-O/T:
In the recent batch of SSF2 (<- not turbo) matches on the Daigo fan page Honda (proprietor) writes at the top that Daigo was using an option select trick when he went for ticks with guile:
safe jump in short (hold 2) -> 6+punch~8+kick
If Cammy does nothing she gets thrown. If she does a Cannon Spike reversal, however, she'll eat the Flash Kick (which has more invincibility.) Pretty neat.

So chun is considered top tier in japan ? Interesting. Oh and I never saw Dic ranked as a top tier char in Japan, while he's generally considered top tier in the US.
