WTF?
Definetly doesn't look like a fighting game, but posted here anyways. I could see this going the way of Death by Degrees or MK mythologies.

It's not a fighting game, it's being touted as a "MELEE ACTION GAME". Whatever that is, I'm guessing Dynasty Warriors game. lol
This is being referred to as the true successor to the original PSX Guilty Gear apparently in that article, kinda hard to see with the small scan. lol

Probably more Devil May Cry or God Hand, than Dynasty Warriors. Just a guess from the scans.

if this is some lame 3d Devil May cry or Dynasty warriors type game then its complete and utter Trash imo GG is and always has been a 2d Fighter none of this 3d Action/RPG or Melee shit but i guess since im a fan of GG ill see how it plays out it might be good =/ but this is def a big change from the GG Series

New storyline additions would be nice, and given the original ideas that guilty gear spawned this might have some fresh additions to the action genre. I'm looking forward to it, and I will shell out for a 360 if needed to get it.

Looks like he's holding some kind of flag pole. Either way, even if the game does turn out sucking, at least it will have an awesome soundtrack. That's usually a given.
