RULES & INFO
NorCal Team Captain John Choi & SoCal Team Captain Alex Valle will recruit members at their discretion.
Format is the same as the EVO team exhibition.
Each team blinds picks the entire order of their members then plays off.
Loser is out and the winner goes to back of the line.
A team wins when they eliminate all players from the opposing side.
No duplicate characters on a team. A team may not have 2 or more of the same character.
Players must stick with their character throughout the duration of the exhibition.
NORCAL SFIV TEAM QUALIFIERS
Friday, November 20th 8:00PM
First floor in The Quantum I & II
RULES & INFO
4 spots open so 4 single elimination tournaments will be held back to back.
Participants restricted to NorCal players only, you must have your residence in NorCal.
All 4 tournaments will be single elimination, 2 of 3 game sets.
1st place from each tournament is recruited to the NCR NorCal SFIV Team, locks in their character choice and wins entry fee back.
Remaining money from the pot will go towards the singles SFIV prize pot.
You must join the 1st qualifier in order to enter the 2nd qualifier and so forth.
If you want to play in the 4th qualifier, you must have paid and participated in the previous 3 qualifiers.
Once a qualifier concludes the winner locks their character, that character is banned from the next qualifiers.
The brackets will be redrawn randomly after each qualifier concludes.
1st spot automatically awarded to Ricky Ortiz locking in Chun Li so Chun Li is not allowed for these qualifiers.
* Note: If less than 10 players try out for the team, this may be turned into just 1 round robin event *
