    Com'on Rookie, make Guile better!

    Short and sweet:

    1. More Flash Kick priority
    2. Flash Kick FDAC anything that hits
    3. Super = flash kick
    Ultra = Sonic Hurricane

    1 and 2 would make him more stronger, but not too beefy.
    3 would be the cherry on top

    I dont think you can do that much more to guile, not much needed IMO
    CVS2: P-Groove Guile, Cammy, Rolento/Sagat
    3S: Necro, Chun-Li, Ibuki
    SF4: Gouki, Cammy, Guile, Dhalsim
