Timing for 0 Frame Teleport -> 0 Frame Teleport?

Anyone know if it's anyway practically possible to teleport again after teleporting?

I've tried this with my friend in the corner
He was Ironman and I was Dark Sakura

I started teleport and he did Proton Cannon, and during the Proton Cannon I teleported again safely.

Yes you can, it has 0 FRAME STARTUP AND RECOVERY!!! Too bad it takes 3 meters to use.

the only practical way to use sakura in a match would to build 5 level with some then DHC her transform then run for the rest of the match. now the problems with this,

you have to somehow stay in the lead, you have to build 5 levels and DHC sakura in...too much shit to pull this off :(
