Radeon Xpress 200 (integrated)
512 DDR 333MHz RAM
1 CD drive, 1 DVD drive
5.1 Surround sound support
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2
Microsoft Office 2000 Professional

price is 200 and includes a monitor speakers mouse and keyboard

for a comparison, here’s the other computer i posted yesterday

Athlon 64 3500+
ASUS A8N-VM Motherboard socket 939
1 gig DDR RAM
80 gig hard drive
Geforce 6100 256MB onboard video (dedicated)
2 CD drives
5.1 Surround sound support

Microsoft Office 2000 professional

for 275 with monitor, speaker, mouse and keyboard

which is the better pick ? and is 200 a good price for the first computer ?

The second one is the better pick. For an extra $75 you’re getting a better processor, more RAM, and a better onboard card (Which shouldn’t even be used since you should buy a graphics card either way).

The only thing I don’t like is the mobo that’s listed is a micro ATX which are kinda annoying to work with since everything is so clustered together. The nice thing though, is this person actually lists the motherboard, which is always nice, because I don’t know if the other one even has a PCI-E slot, and if it doesn’t you’d be stuck with getting an AGP card.

As for whether or not $200 is a good price, the answer is yes, the other one just happens to be a better deal.
