Best Super Line-Ups

Just though to but a thread where everyone tells how they get there super the one thing I have a problem is getting c.lp>c.lp>c.mp>super
I can get c.lp>c.lp>c.mp just fine but when i try to get super with it, sometimes it just goes weird and i mess up, if anyone can help me with this I would be very happy.

overhead, c.lk, c.mp, SUPER!
the secret is, you just gotta buffer it.

You’ew supposed to buffer as you’re hitting the c.mp. Meaning, the qcf,qcf motion is done as the c.mp hits. If it hits, you press HP… If it whiffs, you dont.

Best setup IMO is fishing for an IAJK-c.mp-super. It’s not hard, connecting the c.mp is SUPER lenient on timing and the super does a decent amount since you only scaled two hits before the super.

Also, Jaguar Assassin should be done for anything more than a prior 2 hit combo because Thousand Jaguars scales too much.

c.MK does a more damage than c.MP, has longer range and is only a frame slower. It’s still fast enough that I’ve had zero problems connecting it after an IA JK.

Thanks guys this helps alot but getting the super to buffer off cr.mk after c.lp is pretty god dam hard the time you have to do it is kinda short i can do it just not reliable

I forgot to mention, the way i land my supers most of the time(95% of the time), is by hit-confirming c.FP. Its just too damn good!
You can punish bisons psycho crushers with c.LP to super. i think its just the FP psycho crusher, havent really experimented.

dont forget. his super does A LOT of chip damage. mash out the punches.

Sorry, I meant c.MK after IA/TK JK. It shouldn’t even work after c.LP on regular hit unless the frame data is wrong or for goofy character-specific stuff where the jab connects a frame or two later.

Never connected super after cr.lp. I think I have after st.lk though but obviously that’s not as useful.

acutally, its a useful poke against some characters. hit-confirming on a jab or short is kinda risky though, an accidental super my come out. still good to know though.

Try doing it this way:

cr.lp -> forward, down -> cr.mp -> forward -> hp

Should work like a charm

ya but when u do that its weird the mp sometimes gets screwed up
