Sorry if this was asked before, but does anyone know the list of characters in which this combo works on?
It would also help a lot if you can tell me if it only works corner, mid-screen, or both.

Works on most characters. Generally, out of the 3 main variations, if a lower one hits a certain character, one of the above will hit too with some exceptions.
