I looked all through the stickys and couldnt find anything so forgive me if this has already been discussed.
I cannot for the life of me tell if cr. mp to standing fierce punch is character specific. Is it? ive tried it on some of the cast and its worked on ken, ryu, guile. Not working on hakan.
is there a list on this?
