Cross-up tatsu: how, why and especially why not!

I have read up and searched the forums, but I still can’t get how to properly do cross-up tatsu, a very needed move to enhance my mixup game.
I basically do it in the descending arc of the jump, aiming to be straight above the opponent’s center, using LK.
That gives me a little more consistency, but enven in training mode I seem to hit or miss slightly less than randomly.

Anyone has pointers? A video?
Thanks in advance!

Vortex thread covers it. Go here -->

use hk.

practice practice practice. It ain’t that hard. Laggy connections make you randomly miss it tho.
