Dealing with accidental supers

I’m currently playing on the silver xbox controller because my Eightarc stick is 8 days late and is apparently going to take another week or so because of bomb suspicion.

Almost 100% of the time, when I have a full meter and I try to do a forward jump kunai, I use the super whether I want to or not, and 9 times out of 10 I don’t want to.

Does this happen to you stick-using Ibuki users?

Doesn’t happen to me very often. Once, I tried neutral jump MP kunai and it gave me a super. I checked my inputs and it was a single QCF MP. Not sure if latency caused it to duplicate my inputs or what. At least it hit them when they tried jumping at me trololol.

If you try to super-jump and do a kunai, you tend to get the super motion more. This is because most people drag their stick into the forward position when doing the super jump, which counts towards the super.

Best solution is to just do a regular forward-jump into kunai. Avoid the problem altogether.
