**When I first read the headline I was like, “what?” but then it made sense. This is one of those, “Did Mattel toys really think this through?” type of situations.

Video Barbie: FBI Warns of New Barbie Doll’s Possible Child Pornography Use - ktla.com

*Story:

LOS ANGELES ( KTLA) – The FBI is warning parents that a new Barbie doll could be used against little girls, possibly by pedophiles.

“Video Girl Barbie” has a camera in her chest that can record up to 30 minutes of video, which can be streamed to a computer.

In a Nov. 30th memo, the FBI dubbed the doll a “possible child pornography production method.”

Authorities say there have been no incidents so far.

In response, Barbie-maker Mattel released this statement to television station NWCN:

“The FBI is not reporting that anything has happened. Steve Dupre from the FBI Sacramento field office has confirmed there have been no incidents of this doll being used as anything other than its intent. Mattel products are designed with children and their best interests in mind. Many of Mattel’s employees are parents themselves and we understand the importance of child safety - it is our number one priority.”

The doll has been sold in stores since July.

Art imitates life.
Paris Hilton episode on southpark.
Where they have night vision cam so little girls can make their own porn tapes.

Barbie pedophile penthouse playset.
Life imitates art.

And the cycle of stripper making abuse continues.

#4

flawed logic is flawed.

any camera can be used to make child pornography.

ban all cameras.

#5

thats how I feel about Four Lokos…

And Philth…are strippers really a bad thing?

If you read my post there is nothing negative or derogatory about strippers.
Girls with daddy issues provide us with all of the porn on the internets…
And all the easily accessible 1 night stands after a couple rounds of shots.

#7

Exactly!..So is the FBI trying to prune out this aspect of life

  • :bluu:

#8

dear philth

should i feel bad that 90% of all the hookers and strippers i proposition for sex turn out to be single moms

#9

only if they aren’t yours…

You should, imagine how much better her cooter would feel if she didnt rip her vag into her asshole.

Yeah any camera can, but one in a doll is more concealed and less suspicious. Not sure exactly how it all works, but assuming in this case if a pedophile gives this to a child to put in her bedroom and the doll’s camera is in sync to his computer streaming live onto his website showing the little girl when she gets changed. If it works like those teddy cams I’ve seen in movies then the same situation could occur, but it would require the pedophile to enter the room to put the video on his computer.

It makes it a lot easier for them and I believe it’s a bad business decision to make a toy like that. Also why would you want to ban all cameras?

#12

I don’t want to ban all cameras, I’m just saying the FBI’s logic is flawed. any camera can be used to make child porn. any camera can be concealed in a place where it can record illicit things. the FBI even says nothing has happened yet, they’re just going on the fact that the product has the potential to do bad things. there’s also night-vision goggle toys and spy camera toys, but those haven’t been flagged by the FBI, but the potential to do bad is still there.

#13

Those night vision and spy camera toys can’t be nearly as good as the real thing or they would cost a lot more than they do.

#14

touche sir

wise words of wisdom

#15

the camera probably records at a garbage resolution of 160x120 anyway

#16

Heaven forbid that child pornography isn’t in 1920x1080 progressive resolution.

#17

i lolled

#18

hahahaha

#19

Now I can catch who’s skeetin up muh barbies…I MEAN NO!

#20

What about those teddy bears with built-in hidden cameras? Did they get a similar reaction?
