I just ordered this book off Amazon.com called Giefs Gym. Supposedly it’s pretty good. Has anyone read and have any feedback?
It’s a hardcopy version of what is said exactly on r/StreetFighter. To be honest it’s more a novelty than anything else if you wanted a hardcopy
You can click the threads and see what t’s all about. If you want to have a structured practice routine while trying to improve i assume that is a pretty good place to start.
I’m kind of iffy on a routine about improving written by someone who has stayed mediocre for years.
I’m saying this as someone who is on good terms with the writer, but don’t take anything as gospel.
