Graphing character stats, need C.Viper input

Just looking for input on this in general, and for each character specifically.

As stated I’d like to keep discussion for each character in the separate threads I am making in their respective sub forums, and input on the idea in general in the above thread.

Also as stated, despite discussion in this thread being open to anyone it would help me separate the wheat from the chaff if each forum could appoint someone who knows what the hell they are talking about to give me the numbers to plug into my spread sheet.

My garbage numbers for C.Viper:

U1
Endurance - 1.5
Reversal ---- 3.5
AA ------------ 3.5
Zoning ------- 3
Rush --------- 4
Mix up -------- 4.5
Dmg pot ----- 3
Viability ------- 3.5

U2
Endurance - 1.5
Reversal ---- 3.5
AA ------------ 3.5
Zoning ------- 3
Rush --------- 4
Mix up -------- 4.5
Dmg pot ----- 3
Viability ------- 3.5

Other than the Endurance these are little more than place holder numbers. Input greatly appreciated.

The end result of all of this will be a spreadsheet with pull down menus to compare up to three characters like so:

Endurance - 1.5 > Health was about spot-on. Pretty bad but not the worst.
Reversal ---- 3.0 > Her reversal tbh isn’t all too great, the reason I’d put it at a 3.0 and not a 4.0 or 5.0 is that it’s a 5 framer.
AA ------------ 3.5 > TK is a solid AA.
Zoning ------- 3 > Seismo’s is pretty much all she has as horizontal screen control, but she doesn’t have much control of the air it seems.
Rush --------- 4.5 > Great rushdown.
Mix up -------- 4.5 > Great mixups.
Dmg pot ----- 4.5 > Very high damage potential, gets exponentially better with Ultra.
Viability ------- 4.5 > Really decent character at high levels.

I’d like some other Viper players to submit some more input.

Cheers to both of you. So no real change to zoning or AA between the two Ultras? Just damage potential?

Nope Ultras just change her dmg potential and nothing else.
Ultra 2 does less damage but is easier to combo, doesnt really have much use.

You guys are very close in all numbers, just a bit of a discrepancy on the Zoning on Rush.

Anyone else have input?

u2 would give her kind of a better zoning ability, doesnt it?
i always pick u2 against blanka for example to punish blanka balls (ex seismo -> u2)
