Guam's CHAMPION OF SF4 - Dededo, Guam - April 24, 2010


After over a year of fighting and the announcement of Super Street Fighter IV, it is time for one last shot at glory.

3 qualifying tournaments
8 finalists

Entry Fee: $5 for each qualifying tournament
Time: Sign ups start at 5PM. Tournament starts at 6PM (This time is for all the days)
Format: All qualifying tournaments and the finals will be double elimination (except the last chance qualifying tournament, which will be single elim).

First Qualifying Tournament: Sunday, the 28th of March
1st, 2nd, and 3rd will get become 1 seed, 2 seed, and 3 seed.

Second Qualifying Tournament: Sunday, the 11th of April
1st, 2nd, and 3rd will become 4 seed, 5 seed, and 6 seed.

Finals / Last Chance Qualifies: Saturday the 24th of April (TENTATIVE)
1st and 2nd from the Last Chance Qualifiers will become 7 seed and 8 seed.

Your seed determines where you will be placed in the finals bracket:

Once you’ve qualified for the finals, you cannot enter in future qualifying tournaments. As long as you are not a finalist, you can enter every qualifying tournament.


  • All matches will be best of 3 games, except the finals which will be best of 5
  • 99 sec. time limit, first to win 2 rounds
  • You can call for a double blind pick.
  • After each game in a match, loser may change character, winner must stick with his/her character.
  • Pausing, accidental or not, results in a loss of a round. NO exceptions.

The winner of the finals is Guam’s CHAMPION OF STREET FIGHTER IV. Also, did I mention that the Champion gets the entire pot from all 3 qualifying tournaments? There’s only one Champion so there’s no splitting of the pot.
