Hit Stun Decay

Since I haven’t seen anyone post any research on this subject, I’ve started doing my own. I’m going to keep research data in subsequent posts and conclusions in this one. So far, the data indicates:

Aerial moves do more hit stun after an initial launcher.

After doing a Team Aerial Combo, hit stun decay is initially ignored, but resumes if you touch the ground. (This may be what Desk was using in his Chun Li infinite preview videos.)

After doing a damage scaling reset, hit stun decay is reset, but not always to zero. The reset remains even if you launch, land, and launch again, so it doesn’t seem to have anything to do with the Team Aerial Combo hit stun decay reset.
