How far to route out under the CP for bottom mounting a Sanwa JLF?

Using the lizard lick model mounting plate that it comes with.

i want it to be the actual height it usually comes out of an arcade cabinet at.

I also need the appropriate width wood i should be using.

I’m contracting out someone to build my 2 player CP for my mame cabinet. So this is very important.

This link from the stickied thread up top says the Sanwa should be mounted 9mm under the CP to be arcade accurate. Could anyone confirm that? I’m getting my ducks in a row to build a sanwa stick and have the same question.
