Its known. Been talked about alot in the first month or so of the game, seen more as a detrimental thing as it makes footsies very weird in many circumstances.

An example is chun doing wiff throw over and over as fast as possible… It moves her forward very noticeably.

Rather than IASA you could call it some form of late kara or end kara… Or whatever really.
