Is anyone else having trouble comboing into neckbreaker from tc4?

you have to use meter when you go from light to heavy in order to special cancel

nvm i got it,never played 3rd strike so this is my first time using real target combos 0.0 thanks though XD

  1. cl HK x JF HK x mk x raida (or HK kazegiri for 7 more damage) for 336 damage No meter. Probably best used off a jump in OR CH bonsho kick. You could also do a similar combo when bringing Ibuki in after a launcher, except at the end you just use raida and not mk. It does really good damage.

  2. Its not that great, but you could do a super after EX tsumiji anywhere on screen, not just in the corner, but you have to be close enough. Like you could do TC4 x EX tsumiji x Super= 448 damage, but you can’t do TC4 x F+lk x EX tsumiji x super, unless your in the corner.

  3. Also for the tsumiji loop I think it would be best to end it with neckbreaker since it does 4 more damage instead of Hk kazegiri.

Also thought Id let people know but when Ibuki does EX kazegiri against certain crouching characters (Like Ryu or Kazuya) she can’t follow up with the aerial attack. Thats why I am not using it. Even if you force them to stand.

@ Kef- Your combos under the 2 meter section are using EX tsumiji and super. That should be 3 meters since supers use 2 meters. For your three meter section, you have one combo using 4 meters.

So you can combo from cl.HP xx Kasumi Gake (QCF.LK). You end up with at least +3 on hit, from what I can tell. I connected with standing jab. Going to experiment with cr.HP SJC Kasumi Gake.

Eh, Kasumi Gake leaves you neutral, but you can combo into her Super from SJC cl.HK

This means cl.HK SJC LK.Gake cl.HK SJC Super is a thingie.

Which one is TC4, and what are its properties? (does it hit crouchers? etc.)

Your 1st 2 meter combo is 3 meters ( EX And a super)
And i have been trying to do the 2nd and 3rd meter less combos but they just don’t connect I get to the 2 heavy Tsumuji and it just drops.(Either the combo resets or they block) The input I am doing is ST.LP ST.MP+> ST.HP+> I do the Tsumuji and try to punch and it just drops. Any help or does it just not connect?

TC4 is ST.LP ST.MP+> ST.HP+>

Thanks for correcting me guys.

I tried experimenting with EX Tsumuji into Slide midscreen, but not even Raida connects midscreen.

Too bad Kunai has so much recovery frames during lading, because it could set up some nice stuff in the corner after EX Tsumuji. If you do an immediate s.:mp: after the juggle of the kicks, the opponent is set up really high, but I haven’t found anything special. After the juggle also if you immediately cancel the first hit of :b::mp: into :d::df::f::lk:, you can get a :d::mp: into :hk: Kazegiri.

Too bad anything fancy is still not better than the boring stuff :frowning:

Tag combo.

Point character Launch -> Ibuki cl. hk -> jc jump forward hk -> land opposite side Raida

I like this combo, but I dont like the positioning raida leaves you at. anything better positioning wise instead of raida?
