I plan to mount a Sanwa JLF-TP-8YT joystick into a plexiglass housing.
According to older posts, Paik4Life recommended a 24mm hole for the stick and a total mounting depth of 9mm from the top panel. As of right now, my design calls for a total top thickness of about 12 mm. Will this cause a major problem?
That said, does anyone know off-hand what the minimal thickness of structurally sound plexiglass is?
Any other comments and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
