Book Spring Championship Hotel Rooms Before They Sell Out!

The Spring Championship will be taking place in Anaheim, CA on June 8-10; that’s just two short weeks away. This is going to be one of, if not the largest, events in MLG Pro Circuit history. Along with more events, more tournaments and more attractions comes a much larger crowd of spectators. We expect most hotels in the immediate area to sell out. If you’re coming to Anaheim as a competitor or a spectatorand you haven’t booked a room, you should do so now. If you don’t, you won’t be able to take advantange of MLG’s discounted rates, and you might find yourself in a place much further from the venue than just a short walk.

MLG Anaheim 2011 was an insane, unbelievable weekend: the event of a lifetime. If you were there, you know what it was like–and even if you weren’t there, you’ve probably heard about it.

Having said that, we’re pretty comfortable telling you that this year is going to blow last year right out of the water. Massive Pro Circuit Championship competitions in StarCraft II, League of Legends, Mortal Kombat, Soul Calibur V, and King of Fighters XIII. The Blizzard World Championship Series US Nationals. Eight KeSPA pros playing in an exhibition match. A huge amount of floor stations offering you the chance to play the Heart of the Swarm beta. And that’s not even counting the dozens of special giveaways, contests and special activities that will be going on. Where else on earth can you go to Disneyland in the morning and then watch KeSPA pros playing live in the evening? When will there ever be another weekend like this? The people who come to Anaheim will be talking about it for years to come. One of those people should be you.

If you’re coming out to Anaheim, make it a true vacation. The Spring Championship will be running from 5:30pm-midnight on Friday, June 8, 10am-midnight on Saturday, June 9, and 10am-8pm on Sunday, June 10 (all times PT) but why not come a few days early, or stay a few days late?
[]Disneyland is of course the first thing that comes to mind–the venue, and MLG’s hotels, is just a short drive away, and there’s no better way to spend those extra days in Anaheim. Check out the Major League Gaming Disneyland Ticket Store: tickets are valid from Wednesday, June 06, 2012 to Tuesday, June 19, 2012.
[
] The Anaheim Convention Center MLG Minisite will tell you everything you need to know about where to go, what to do, and when to do it.

E3 is going on from June 5-7, right before the Championship, and **MLG is going to be there! **
You can plan an absolutely incredible vacation around the Spring Championship, and make it the trip of a lifetime. Just be sure you’re in the venue when doors open at 1:30pm PT on Friday, June 8, so you don’t miss any of the Pro Circuit Championship weekend.

Get a Spring Championship Venue Spectator Pass now, and **book your hotel room**before they all sell out! And if it turns out you just can’t make it to Anaheim in person, do the next best thing and get yourself a Spring Championship HD Pass to watch all the streams in full HD–with action like this and players like these, you’re going to want to see every single pixel.

There are just 3 days left to purchase your Player Pass online. You can purchase your player pass by going to our MLG Store. If you wait to purchase your player pass at the event, you will need to pay $10.00 more per player pass, as well as wait in a long line, so purchase online before midnight ET on Monday!

If you are going to Anaheim to watch the competition in person, make sure to purchase your Spectator Pass online so you don’t have to wait in long lines at the event, or worry about spectator passes selling out.

There will also be a live stream of the event, so if you are staying at home, we have you covered! The stream is available free in standard definition, and free VOD will be available after the weekend is over. To watch the stream in full HD (up to 1080p) without ads, and get immediate access to VOD as matches are played, upgrade with a Spring Championship Live Streaming Pass!

Looking forward to the KOF stream – if MLG still uses the continuation rule, please consider eliminating that as soon as possible tho.
