i found this site while hunting for kinnikuman wallpapers

they look edits to me (frankensteined from capcom alpha sprites) but my friend said its possible to be a real game for pc (fan project or something)

what u guys think?

I think your friend is dead wrong, those sprites are much too ugly and rough around the edges to be in a real game.
