Looking for help with my arcade stick

WARNING: This Is A N00B Posting.

Hey I was just wondering if anyone can show me a vid or tell me what to do on how to make a custom PS3 arcade stick.

I got my design done, and I’m using my Nike shoebox as for my 8-button layout platform, 8 Sanwa Buttons and Joystick coming in soon and all I need is a PS3 pcb. If anyone can offer one pre-soldered with the wires or not.

So you need a pre-soldered pcb? Don’t you think that’s a little too “classy” for a shoe box stick? Lemme search for a pcb with the leads super glued on for you.

well i was hoping to reinforce the shoebox with plexiglass for the sides and the bottom.
If that’s a fail then I’m just gonna make my own platform.

Lol shoe box. I can already imagine your stick flying out of your hands after your first haduken attempt.

There are plenty of shoebox/pizza box/mail box sticks in the custom gallery thread, but the question is, why? I mean, if you want to go cheap as sin on a box, at least go the extra dollar and get tupperware. Someone just posted one in the custom stick thread a couple days ago. At least it will be more reliable, and not as prone to destruction from sweat/oil etc coming from wrists.
