Mad Catz Repair?


I just go through haggling with Mad Catz about a week ago and they emailed me the forums and everything but are they supposed to send me a box to ship it back or am I supposed to send it back on my own expense?


The tech support rep that you spoke with/emailed would have told you what the course of action is. If you are confused I would call there (not email) with your RMA # and have them go over your file with you again.
