Hey, I just bought SFV and wanted to play it with my Mad Catz TE1 Round 1 and somehow it gets detected but no buttons are working (even with x360ce). I have a ASUS P8Z68 Deluxe/Gen3 Mobo which uses USB 3.0 and I have read that it should work on USB 3.0. Can anyone help me with this matter?
Madcatz TE/SE PS3 pc incompatibility is not a hardware issue. They work on Linux
Ready to PC game, the deal breaker
The PCI Cards listed there aren’t available for me. Are there any alternatives?
Have you read the entire thread? There are other solutions that can be explored, other then buying a pci card, but weve literally had 3 threads started by people since sfv released, so try searching the forum before starting a new one please
Dubon is right.
And not everyone can take advantage of PCI cards
In my opinion your best choice is to mod the stick with a new PCB.
Get the root of the problem done and over with from the start.
USB 3.0 is not compatible with UHCI, the Proprietary Intel Standard the old PS3 Mad Catz TE1 Round 1 uses.
I got a question since you seem to be experienced with it. My Motherboard says it has this:
NEC® USB 3.0 controller :
4 x USB 3.0 port(s) (2 at back panel, blue, 2 at mid-board)
Intel® Z68 chipset :
12 x USB 2.0 port(s) (8 at back panel, , 4 at mid-board)
Wouldn’t the 2.0 port work?
Did they work for you before?
