MadCatz BlazBlue TE help

#1

I don’t know if this is a common problem or not, but I recently purchased a MadCatz TE arcade stick for Xbox 360 and when I move the joystick up it will occasionally cause the controller to disconnect. The problem is becoming more frequent. What can I do to fix this?

#2

Sounds like a loose connection causing something to short out. Step one would be to open her up and take a look.

#3

Actually if your stick is brand new, do not open it up. You void your warranty.
Call Mad Catz (Do not email) and see if they can replace you TE first.

#4

Oh yeah warranty, forgot about that.

#5

As any modder usually does.

#6

Unvoided warranties make me sad.

#7

Just open it from the top? There’s no sticker or anything that let’s madcatz know you’ve opened it if you go from the top.

#8

Just make them replace it. Don’t be a dumbass and open it up just cause these guys think modding is cooler than warranties. It’s not your responsibility to fix it if they sold you something broken.

#9

…modding IS cooler than warranties.

#10

If you say so.
