Madcatz TE/SE on a Toshiba Satellite running Windows 7 Home 64 Bit

I’ve been using my stick fine on my regular desktop, but I just got this laptop today and having problems. It recognizes that I put in a USB device, and it has the same serial name as shows on my desktop, but when I go to FBA to configure, it doesn’t accept any of my inputs. I couldn’t seem to get xpadder to work either, as that wasn’t recognizing the inputs as well. Same deal with Joy2Key. Anyone have suggestions?

I don’t have an answer for you, but I just wanted to say that I appreciate the rollins avatar…icons with him in it never cease to make me laugh.

Could be that the motherboard on the laptop is not an intel chipset. Are these sticks you have for the PS3 or Xbox360? If they are for the PS3 then you might have to buy a new USB port (about 15-25 bucks), but I’m not sure how easy that would be for a laptop.

It’s AMD, and I have the PS3 version. That might be the case it seems, I’ll have to see if anything can be done about that, thanks.
